Meanwhile, Yuji approached a terrified woman sitting on the platform, who revealed that she had witnessed everyone turning into monsters before her eyes and that she had been left behind because they had had enough of them. Yuji realized right away that Mahito had prepared something nasty to target Gojo. Her head grotesquely transformed into a bloated human moments later, and she died. The scene again changes and moves to Gojo Satoru listening about the arrival of a train for Harajuku which is filled with Mahito and a thousand disfigured humans.

Gojo was stunned to see his late best buddy, whom he had killed with his own hands during the “Night Parade of a Hundred Demons.” Suddenly, the prison world appears and arrests Gojo. Gojo, realizing his defeat, asked Geto who he was. Geto removed the stitches and the top of his brow to show a brain with a mouth known as Kenjaku. They had a conversation about Geto and Yuta’s fight and then the scene shifted to Harajaku, where a small drone-like version of Mechamaru arrived and informed Yuji Itadori that Gojo had been sealed.
